11/11	11/11		Veterans Day Services  The city of North Wildwood will honor the brave men and women who have served our country with a special Veterans Day service at 9:30 a.m. The services are sponsored by VFW Post 5941. Event begins at the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse at 1st and Central Avenues and continues at 10 a.m. at the monument located on Spruce Avenue in North Wildwood.
11/13	11/13		Elks Hoop Shoot  North Wildwood Recreation Center, 900 Central Avenue, North Wildwood. Foul shooting contest for children 8-13 yrs. Registration at Noon. Contest immediately following registration. Free. 609.729.2170
11/18	11/18		Cheer Tech Island Championships  Wildwoods Convention Center. Cheerleading competition including recreation, school, college, open and all-star divisions. All teams compete on a 54' by 42' spring floor. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Admission fee for spectators. 1-866-52-CHEER or www.cheertech.net
